250g spaghetti
2 tsp olive oil
300g premium quality minced beef
100g rindless bacon rashers, chopped
1/2 jar Paul Newman's Own Red Wine Bolognese Pasta Sauce
finely grated parmesan cheese, to serve
1. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water, until just tender; drain.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a non-stick frypan. Add mince and bacon; cook stirring until mince is browned. Add sauce and stir until simmering. Let simmer for 1 minute, stirring
3. Serve pasta topped with meat sauce and parmesan cheese
