Pear and Autumn Greens Salad

INGREDIENTS

3 cups kale leaves torn in bite-sized pieces
3 cups shredded Chinese cabbage
3 cups shredded red cabbage
2 ripe pears, cored and thinly sliced
125g blue cheese or feta cheese, crumbled
6 tbsp Paul Newman’s Own® Parmesan & Roasted Garlic Dressing




RECIPE

1. Toss kale and cabbages, pears and cheese in a large bowl. Add Paul Newman’s Own® Parmesan & Roasted Garlic Dressing; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
