Crispy Noodle Coleslaw

Featuring Paul Newman’s Own® Classic Asian Dressing


Preparation time:10 minutes
Serves 4‐6 as a side dish

INGREDIENTS

4 cups finely shredded red or green cabbage (or combination of both)
1 carrot, coarsely grated
½ cup sliced shallots
125g can corn kernels, drained
75g toasted slivered almonds
100g packet fried noodles
½ cup Paul Newman’s Own Classic Asian Dressing



RECIPE

1. Combine all ingredients, except for dressing, in a large bowl.

2. Just before serving, add dressing and toss to combine.

Cook’s tip: to make a main course, add shredded barbequed chicken.
