Serves 4
4 cups chopped barbequed chicken
4 cups finely shredded Chinese cabbage (wombok)
1 small red capsicum, finely sliced
1 stalk celery, finely sliced
1 cup bean sprouts
½ cup Paul Newman’s Own Classic Asian Dressing
100g pack fried noodles
1. Place chicken, cabbage, red capsicum, celery and bean sprouts into a large bowl.
2. Just before serving, add noodles and Classic Asian dressing and toss gently to combine.
Hint: 1 large barbequed chicken yields about 4 cups chopped chicken.
